NUH Power Meter
Distribution panel installation with integrated Socomec Diris Digiware D-50 smart power metering system for the NUH project. The panel is fitted with a Schneider EasyPact EZC 250N 150A moulded-case circuit breaker, RCCB/RCD protection devices, and real-time voltage, current, and power consumption monitoring.
MRT Fan Replacement Works
Fan replacement works (INF, EXF units) at MRT project mechanical stations. Installation of Kruger axial fans connected to flexible ducting, complete with control junction boxes and monitoring sensors. Commissioned to ensure reliable tunnel ventilation performance in line with technical and safety requirements.
MRT EPN Panel Works
CTH/RFP Station control panel installation at E/P-N3 and E/P-N4 stations, MRT Project. The system includes copper pneumatic piping connecting individual control modules (TVF, MFD, INF, Bypass) along with manifold pressure gauges. Commissioned to operate reliably within the healthy pressure range of 80–116 PSI (550–800 kPa).
Tengah Childcare Centre
MEP installation works at Tengah Childcare Centre, featuring Daikin ceiling cassette fan coil units, insulated flexible ducting, and twin-tube LED strip lighting. The system is integrated with cable trays, ceiling conduits, and wall-mounted fans, neatly arranged to suit the classroom layout.

MEP installation at 7 North Coast Avenue – chilled water piping system with balancing valves, pressure gauges, and insulated pipework feeding a ceiling cassette fan coil unit, completed to support the building's central air-conditioning system.
